Standard services as a 4 star hotel. Great Spa.It takes only 20 minutes to airport.Great breakfast. There is also a museum near the hotel which you can visit.

Some rooms are really shabby. Location is closed to the airport. Paulaner restaurant in the lobby quite normal apart of live Russian pop music there which is awefull for local ones, and maybe looks very exotic fir the foreigners

Old hotel. Nice location, it's in the middle between airport and city. Breakfast is mediocre. Water pressure is low in bathroom, and no controllable air condition. Sheets are clean. Nice view from room.

Comfortable rooms, spascious public areas and free wi fi. Situated 5 min. from the airport and just 15min. from downtown St. Petersburg.

The rooms are nice and clean. Not sure about other levels, but the one we were on had a hot/cold water dispenser which made it convenient for the guests to get dining water. We had an especially good experience with one of their staff, I believe her name was Ksenia. We had issues accessing the WiFi, after she helped me get on, she even offered to come back to my room with me to help connect my mom's phone. I only gave them a 4 star because the breakfast was disappointing.

feels like rebadged Soviet Era hotel; was not able to get food upon arrival as all restaurants were booked for conferences. rooms are big thought

Large hotel, located near victory square just out of the center. Poor breakfast. Minibars not available in all rooms. Good choice for congressm

Bit Far from the center. Nice hotel for congress groups.
the Breakfast is damn poor, Central air conditioning not enough for cooling the room. The hotel is so big and very few elevator that, you might walk a long distance to access it.
