It is indeed one of the best hotel in Moscow. Super clean rooms and fantastic ambience and cooperative staff. They even surprise me with a birthday cake in my room.

Great hotel location, just a few kilometres away from the red square. Hotel receptionists are very good, the hotel offers plenty of facilities and services (24x7 Gym, etc.). Worth its price

The tour agent said Russians don't smile because it gives the impression that the person is not intelligent, is this why virtually majority of your staff does not smile, are rude , are not cooperative?? Well I have been staying in India at Hyatt ( regular), Goa marriot ( for restaurant), Meridian ( extremely awesome service) but never ever have experienced such attitude from staff. Even your reception counter was surprisingly curt and to the point , blunt.
Never ever experienced this
( only exception was today reception girl smiled and day before night the bar tender was extremely warm and helpful).

Very good stay at this hotel. The location is great with a short walk to red square or 2 metros stations even closer. There are also several places to choose to eat very close by as well. The one drawback from the stay was the building and appeared to be old solviet design where heat and only for certain times of the year and there were a few unexpected cold nights in the summer. We asked for extra blankets and got them which was good, but then it got very cold. We asked if anything can be done and they had electric space heaters but unfortunately they were already distributed.

But overall a great stay and staff was perfect.

Location perfect. Lobby is big and exclusive and very good facilities. The rooms are older and nothing special. Breakfast is big but still that eastern-europe food. You can have a nice omelette. Free use of pool, sauna and gym.

I really loved the place. Great breakfast, great room, near everything and the executive lounge was great. The staff are wonderful and speak perfect English. I recommend it highly.

Old school design, average amenities. Breakfast and lobby bar - the worst service I have encountered - getting a waitress to come up took a at least 15 minutes each time (even when there were only three tables occupied). This is my second stay at this hotel, and the issue is persistent. I am not sure how they got five stars

The staff is attentive, courteous, and professional. This is a great place to stay or to host events. The location is good, with quick access to the Metro and nearby restautants.
