Lovely hostel, the staff were helpful and organised events that showed a side of Moscow that we otherwise would have missed. Only took a star off because the hostel interior is a bit dated.

this hostel is great best in Moscow. staff is very helpful. good location good WiFi clean. highly recommend it. met some cool fellow backpackers here.

We stayed in a twin room and then one of the mixed dorms here at the start of our Trans Siberian trip to Beijing. It was a decent little hostel. Nice clean showers, plenty of toilets, a kitchen and clean bedding. It was also nice and warm which is useful in Moscow! Also had a good little common area with TV and tonnes of films to watch. Would recommend.

Very clean, nice and English speaking staff, good location, great showers. Easy to miss the entrance though, look for the small godzilla sign!

I made a reso with them through hostelworld in February and then cancelled via email almost a month before I was expected to stay with them and they acknowledged my cancellation and thanked me. It is now September and I am getting a charge on my credit card from them. I emailed and no response. I called and they said they got the email and were "working on it" but I attached my cancellation email to it to prove it had been cancelled and all they have to do is reverse it. I emailed again two days later, no response. It has now been a week and I am having to go through VISA to have the charges reversed. Unacceptable!
