Great choice to any age and taste and language. Souveniers are there too. Masterpiece building from the outside with a unique atmosphere from the inside. Could spend a day there.

If you want to buy a beautiful postcard, you should definitely come here. Also, three floors of different books, comics, manga, souvenirs. After all, both exterior and interior are lovely

3 floors book store. Mostly Russians books. Well organized sections. Very lively place with atmosphere of book lovers. Polite personal.

I like this place because it is very versatile. It is really a big mansion of books on almost all categories. Apart from that one can buy stationary items, gifts, cards, souvenirs, crafts, eatables - all making it a buy at one kind of place. It has a welcoming environment. It's decorated beautifully and one can also get free gift cards/coupons from "House of books" to do shopping later.

There many good books in different languages and it is a pretty cute store, I really loved it. Also you can buy souvenirs and other stuffs. It is a little bit expensive if you compare it with small librarys but definitely it is a good store for visiting, I highly recommend this library if you travel to San Petersburgo.

Guess the oldest and biggest book store in St.Petersburg located in extremely impressive building - three floors of books and souvenirs. At the second floor there is Zinger coffee shop with very nice view to Kazan Cathedral.

It's definitely one of my favorite places in St Petersburg. You can spend one hour looking at all the books. buy funny local gifts, notebooks, cups or cute chocolate bars and then when you are done you can just admire the amazing architecture of the building.

This place is amazing. They have the best collection of all kinds of books including foreign languages and Russian books. You can also buy pretty postcards and some sovenirs such as matrushkas or even some chocolates, candies, all kinds of stationaries and diaries. Loved it.
