The hotel generally lives up to its name as a boutique hotel, i.e. small, but with the standards and equipment you expect from a larger one. It's located on a quiet side street close to Tverskaya, walking distance from the main shopping areas, and about 20 minutes' walk from the Red square. Please give this review a little thumbs up, if you like it?
Good design-hotel in moscow. Gladly again
im now in the hotel and 2 days allredy no have tv
Really good! I have no idea what other reviewers are complaining about. Staff are polite, room is lovely and clean, AC too cold but temperature great once I turned it off. Breakfast had plenty of choice although a little more choice in fresh fruit would have been even better. The decor probably isn't too everyone's taste but it's a boutique hotel so it's going to be a bit more interesting than a Marriott, look at the photos before you book!!!
So I have paid 200$ for one night, we check in at 5 in the morning till 10 am and we were very i pleased by facilities and our accommodation. Shower was too strong and all around we had water. In the morning water was brown from the shower. Bed is too small, my legs couldn't fit it. On tv there weren't at least half of the channels
Good double bed, not two mattresses stuck together like some others have found. Room spacious enough as well. The staff are friendly, the breakfast pretty tasty, the location very central. The hotel does fall short on amenities: the TV in the room is an old 19 in crt model with half the channels not working and the other half waving around every so often. The fitness hall is a small room with two treadmills and a pair of dumbells.
Good location in Moscow but average room
Excellent service by the staff, the bad thing is the design of the room, all socket plug is close to the floor so not very user friendly.
staff are not polite, I do not recommend this hotel absolutely not interested in customers. Персонал и как следствие отель ужасен.
Double bed is 2 singles pushed together without decent matresses topper. Bar has 1 sofa and a bunch of uncomfortable chairs. Breakfast pretty average. Probably alright for a night. Not for a long stay.
