This was my second stay in this hotel and just like the 1st time in 2014, the experience was superb. Very helpful staff at the front desk and at the restaurant. I had to checkout at 2:30AM and they happily arranged a breakfast for me at that hour.The room was very well equipped and everything was in working order. Inclusion of a power adapter was very thoughtful. The room had my preferred down pillows, even though I did not ask for them. Welcome cookies were a lovely touch. The hotel is new, so everything is fresh. Oh and the silence was almost deafening, so quiet the room was. The in-room service was very elegant and super tasty. Best in class hotel, hands down.

Excellent is every way.
We arrived early and our room wasn't available but that didn't worry us. Check in was fast and service by Anastasia was excellent. She was very professional.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had room on Club Intercontinental floor. This entitled us access to Club Lounge. The lounge was very comfortable, waiter staff very friendly and excellent in their job.
Fast wifi throughout hotel.
We needed to print rail tickets out so used the business center.
We checked out in the Club Lounge, Anna, was very helpful.
This is up there with the best Intercontinental Hotels we have stayed at throughout the world. We recommend this hotel when you visit Moscow.response / report this review -

Perhaps a bit unfair, but I believe the 5-stars allow me to be demanding: I absolutely miss a pool in this hotel and ironing my shirts was painful, the iron barely heated. Now having said that, staff was very friendly and the breakfast with the chef's specials was one of the better I have seen in a hotel. So weigh your preferences.

Good hotel and very good Servis! They really caring about their International brand! Close to the center, 20 min walk from red square. For breakfast have a big choice!
Special club for Intercontinental costumers very comfortable! Breakfast and diner is fine. For lunch only 4 different choices of the soup (it's free), other meal by la card. Very good Spa!

Excellent 5 star hotel with top notch service! Been coming here for over 4 months and have never been disappointed! The club lounge is nice and offers great breakfast. The concierge team knows the city like the back of their hands and will help you with any wishes or inquires you may haveI have used them for everything from tracking down and ordering specialty products to arranging last minute reservations at trendy Moscow restaurants and lounges. There are many hotels to choose from in Moscow and although I'm a Spire Elite member of IHG my recommendation is not clouded by a blind loyalty when I say you should go with the Intercontinental - here you get great 5-star accommodation and service, in the heart of Moscow at a very fair price level!
