Номера нормальные. Конечно, ничего впечатляющего, но зато белоснежная постель и полотенца, качественная уборка, идеальная чистота санузла - для меня это самое главное.

за свои деньги ( около 4к рублей за ночь) хорошее место. Утром завтрак с вкусными булочками( не только они на завтрак). Правда матрас в номере 49 через чур мягкий. Не привычно было спать на нем

I really love this hotel, it's old fashioned but caring- the staff are friendly and genuinely helpful and there are lovely touches like free tea and coffee throughout the day and a water cooler on each floor. Breakfast was fine, the usual three star hotel standard for Russia, I really don't know what other reviewers complain about, there was plenty of choice and it was a good standard, I especially liked the little pastries in all different flavours.
The location is great, it's near the Crown Plaza and a fancy shopping centre (mall) so it feels very safe and is both reasonably quiet but within walking distance of the historical centre and Hermitage etc.
However on our second night the curtain rail fell down with the curtains. We came back the following evening to find that the rail and curtains had been thrown in a corner and there was no sign of anyone to repair it. We therefore woke with the sunrise the following morning! It's such a shame that this spoiled an otherwise excellent stay.response / report this review -

Rooms are really big, bathroom is clean, reception is really helpfull. The brealfest is okey but they should give something more from warm option. Good localization fpr sightseeing :)

Отель нормальный, с отличным местоположением.
Что понравилось:
1. Отличное местоположение
2. Более менее нормальный номер, в котором все работает
3. Есть завтрак, хоть и простенький (континентальный)
Что не понравилось:
1. Отель не всегда знает, какие у него номера заняты, а какие свободны (нас сначала вселили в один номер, в котором уже находились чужие вещи. Потом сказали, что ошиблись и дали ключи от другого номера, а там уже были люди и спали. В итоге, очень долго искали для нас номер свободный. Да, мы вселись в номер, но на час позже)
2. Выдали полотенца на одного человека, а потом все время забывали принести еще один комплект
3. Часто не работает лифт (в субботу сломался и до конца воскресенья так и не починили)response / report this review
