Beautifully appointed hotel in the heart of St Petersbug, made exceptional by wonderful staff, attention to detail and exquisite cuisine. A benchmark for client service excellence!

The room was comfortable and well kept. The elevators were a little strange in that they stopped in between floors, so you would have to go up or down some stairs to get to the floor your room was located, which may be something to consider depending on you level of mobility. The staff was very nice and accommodating. In particular, the concierge was extremely helpful I'm finding us last minute tickets to Swan Lake at the Mariinsky Theater, and arranged transportation to and from the theater via hotel car/taxi, making it an incredibly seamless experience. The location was good. I was part of a tour that provided bus transportation for all of our daily excursions, but there was a good number of things to see that were within walking distance.

Very comfortable beds, high quality breakfast and it has A beautiful historic atmosphere. The hotel is also a very well situated right in the center of the city and near the metro.
