This hotel was very new and modern, rooms were clean and well presented (they even folded the toilet paper) staff were very friendly and professional. Beds were comfy and had a great shower, overall would highly recommend

If you want budget this will suit you just right. Clean rooms. Bathroom needs a little improvement. Other than that the place is great. Walking distance to IT PARK.

I stayed there for over 30 days. This was the worst experience ever. We had ants in our room. Water bugs in the shower. We killed a giant cockroach. A bomb from WW II was discovered during escavation work. We were evacuated but never compensated for what happened.
The food was often cold. Often items on the menu were unavailable. Room Service was slow and often the food was cold.On the right side of the hotel you can hear the Rooster crowing early in the morning and all day long.
It was often difficult getting a taxi cab to go places.Some of the Staff was nice, other Staff was not friendly at all.
The "L Cafe" is very small. We saw ants and bugs crawling. Too many times there was dirty dishes from previous customers on the few tables. Staff was inside the kitchen area. We could see them sitting down on their cell phone texting. The few outside tables and chairs, we saw so many ants. There was no extermination or pest control.
The shower quickly runs out of hot water. The bathroom ceiling fan had a loud noise. They said they repaired it but the noise soon returned. The towles were old and worn out.
The tv inside the room was very small and not even a medium size screen.
Because it was Holiday Season, all other Hotels were booked so I had no choice but to stay until my booking was over. I will never stay there again.report this review -

My favourite hotel in Cebu City. Right on the doorstep of the IT Park, the owners are constantly trying to update and keep ahead of the competition. BUT it's not just the attraction of the price, it's the staff who go out of thier way to make your stay pleasurable

Basic room, small cafe, no rrofdeck, no garden BUT quiet location, clean rooms and overall place, efficient staff, close to the park meaning accessible to many restaurants and bars/cafe. Reasonable price considering it is for sleeping and for safekeeping of your things while out and about exploring Cebu City. Note: It is quite a distance from Airport and beaches but away from hustle and bustle of city and traffic.

The room was neat and ok, airconditioning was also excellent. However, they we're not very considerate with regards to some requests we had. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing.

Good enough place especially for budget conscious people or tourists looking for a place to crash the location isn't the best but it's not bad and the bathrooms are okay. Very good for the money

Courteous and trustworthy staff. Rooms are clean and spacious, in spite of the construction going on in the vicinity. I'd definitely recommend to friends.

Decent price, place clean. Staff were ok. The front desk needs more organization with regard to reservation. They have computer and paper trail and making them confused.

Alba Uno is located very nearby Cebu's Asiatown IT Park. As the road going to it may not be too safe when you just walk, it is perfectly okay for you to hail a cab to reach it. The room rates are very affordable. There is ample parking space. The surrounding neighborhood is calm and relaxing as well. It gets the job done for a very reasonable price. Their rates often include breakfast with it, and wi-finis quite speedy at times. Good place to stay for a very affordable price.

Wow! Surprisingly on a budget price it's fabulous, and with breakfast na! all the staff are polite and caring, well this is my first day i hope di sila magbago until our last day here. It is accessible from store, restaurants, cafe. I would love to stay here again next time na babalik ako ng cebu.
