  Very bad hotel. Showing nice pictures but dont deliver. Everything extra, upgrade to premium, only two metal chairs and small table. Very bad value for money!
  I was deeply disappointed!
  Breakfast wast just a small plate poor portion. Left hungry. And of course upgrade to better breakfast for 55 pesos.

  Decent hotel with a good view of the city. Its located within the heart of Cebu. This is a great place to stay especially if you want to tour around town because of its location.

  The place is very accessible to the malls and the venue of my seminar. The staff were courteous but there was one who rolled her eyes when i used the rest room because it took me a while to change and breast pump 😉

  For $20, you can expect to too much. The elevator is a nice treat and the staff was nice. Took a while for them to find my reservation though and the room could be newer. The hallways did have that old smell though. It's in a nice location, with a, mall across the street, food options and money exchange

  I stayed for 3 nights in this elegant hotel. I like the location it is accessible to all, restaurants, malls, hospitals etc. I also like the ambience of the room it is very relaxing. The signal of the wifi is strong. Most of all I love to eat and drink coffee in their dinning area which has the view of fuente osmena circle... All the staff are friendly.. I love my stay in this place!

  The Elegant Circle Inn was okay and affordable and they have free breakfast for 2 and breakfast was good. The room was okay and they gave us toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap. I will definitely go back and stay there because they have free WiFi, face towel and they gave us enough toilet paper and for me the location is perfect. BUT they have to spray and get rid the ANTS 🐜 there were tons of them in our room crawling on the wall in the bathroom. The employees are friendly and they have good customer service and for me that’s very important.
  
  On the side note:
  There was one thing that I didn’t liked about my stay it was the British old man he acted like a jerk and he was an avowed racist. He used this this term you Pinoy’s blah blah blah because the kids were noisy while walking in the hallway. We can’t avoid the noise children are children and I rather see children acting active than acting sick . I told him I’m sorry I was very apologetic I never talked back to him because there’s no point I rather listened to him ranting than me losing my cool in front of my niece and nephews I can’t afford to look bad in front of the children. I want to be a good example for the younger generation.
  
  I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in Cebu it’s accessible for everything bank, money changer, drug store, malls, taxis, Jeepney, food chains and restaurants. And for Americans there’s Burger King and 7 eleven nearby.

  Good food, Rooms are ok but they need to put rags in the doorway to cr because when get out from shower you'll make the floor so wet..

  This is place is somewhat old and they are renovating starting from their lobby. A good place to stay for a night when your in cebu city center.

  Accommodations are good, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Quality of food isn't worth the expense. You can easily do better for the price anywhere in Fuente.

  The hostel (it's actually more a hostel than a hotel) is located at the Osmena circle right in the centre of Cebu. That's actually the biggest plus.
  Beside that it's a noisy old building with small rooms that don't even have a fridge inside. The walls are thin so you will hear every single word that is spoken outside.
  Wifi is just ok. The complimentary breakfast isn't worth the 2 Euros you pay more for the room to get it. Better safe that money and go eat outside.
  As everywhere in asia you might have bugs in your room once in a while. Bigger ones and smaller ones...

  1550 for 16 m2. Including breakfast. No window, but aircon. I travel by motor. There is no covered dpace for it. Not that impressive, there are better and cheapet places close by.
