Good food good services
Bad exeriance with an inexperiance manager who did not understand how to use the cash register. Food was great
Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff with smilling face. The food just not suitable to my taste. Afterall, the presentation is good.
Lovely good sized steaks and mezza platter.
Glad we came. Service was polite attentive and quick.
Love the wine. Best value for the quality given.
Heard $10 lunches are a great hit here.
Great value for money! Friendly service. Will be coming back soon!
Best customer service I've ever had. Delicious food and very good prices.wonderful atmosphere.
We had lunch at kassaba $10 and we enjoy it, they have lots of variety of food and the service was attentive and the decoration was nice.
This restaurant was recommended to me by my friends and I am must say that I am very impressed with the authenticity of their food.
Been there twice. Both rimes I did not feel too well afterwards. I do not know what sort of oil they use to fry all their food but it is not good. Service is ok, but may be it is an idea to hire some people from the mediterranean?
Verging on hostile service, waiter couldn't attempt to force a smile any harder. Ordered a starter and a main and specifically request that the dishes that were available as VEGAN (as advertised on a sign out front). First dish of chickpea and onion fritters came out quickly and were delicious, but the second dish came out with cheese and yoghurt all over.
We alerted the unfriendly waiter and the cook had come out and apologized for the mix-up. Waiter gave a 10% voucher for the next visit but tore it up and have thrown away as soon as we left the restaurant. Do not recommend.
Really excited to see the word 'vegan' on the menu out front but were welcomed by a less than enthusiastic and unfriendly waiter. Willing to look past for the food and the entree was delicious, chickpea onion fritters. Main came out and we started tucking in only to quickly suspect one of the platter patties was filled with cheese and a suspiciously yoghurt looking sauce on top.. After a couple of bites, went to enquire regarding the veganism of the dish to which they were straight away apologizing for the yoghurt on top. After I showed them the dish with super stringy (suspiciously unvegan) cheese, they apologized straight away and offered a replacement and gave a voucher but at that point I was feeling a bit ill and we left We threw out the voucher, no thanks. When the menu clearly acknowledges vegan that kind of mistake is just unacceptable. The waiter blamed the kitchen and said it was 'busy' (not even half of the tables were occupied). Appreciate how apologetic the staff were but the whole experience was average from the get go, so had to share. Sorry guys, hope for better possibly next year if we decide to return.
