This is fantastic well priced Genuine Indian cuisine. Menu offers loads of options and they will try hard to make your special requests happen. The Staff are fantastic. The restaurant can be very very busy on weekends so make sure to phone in and make a booking.

There are 26 Indian Restaurants in New Plymouth and I have not visited very many, but, having spent a lot of time in India, I can confidently predict that you won't find better Southern India fare than at this restaurant. They have another location that is kind of a fast food place and not nearly as nice. The decor is very nice and often nice contemporary Indian music. I can personally vouch for their lamb biryani - I have eaten the same in Hyderabad and Bangalore and it was no better.
