Not a good experience. Woodridge is not giving the same quality it was known for. They are offering incomplete and Shoddy work to their customers. More interested to rake money from new developments without completing the existing work on time. They give 10 years warranty but having seen so many issues already in house I am really concerned if the house will last even 10 year. No one is interested for maintence. Maintenance Mails are not replied. Keep chasing them to get work done only to get false promises. Feeling disgusted to have put my hard earned money to buy house from Woodridge.

We were very excited to buy home from Woodridge homes. But soon all excitement was gone, with endless wait to get the property and the quality of exterior work and issues with house interior. Maintence is extremely slow in case issue reported, after repeated follow up they will show up to do repair. Exterior work is poor quality. All they give u is high blood pressure n stress to keep following them up to complete house interior n exterior work.
Disappointed with the declining house quality from reputed builder like Woodridge home.response / report this review
