Definitely make a reservation cause the place gets crowded, but the food won't disappoint.
Staff is very friendly, and the wine was also very good (I had a pinot noir).
We didn't do the Gold Town part, but overall the view is great and the location is wonderful.response / report this review -

We had always planed to visit Wild Earth on our tour of the South Island and was not disappointed, the food was a delight and the little gold town enjoyable.

Bought a great bottle of 2011 Pinot Noir after a cold day Gold Mining- what a wonderful day in the freezing. Cold brisk New Zealand weather Couldn't of been a better day! Xx

Stopped in for a cup of coffee on a rainy day. The chai tea wasn't too sweet as many tend to make it, I prefer mine steaming and would have liked it hotter but it was still pleasant.
Cappuccino was hot and the roast of the beans didn't have a burned taste.response / report this review
