The lady's at Urban Sanctuary are beyond spectacular The premises are so inviting and relaxing it truly makes you feel like you are in a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My treatment was so lovely and I went away feeling so calm and as though my stress levels had just floated away. Highly recommend for a pamper session or just for day to day treatments.

I have been getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed for years at a multitude of different places. Urban Sanctuary is by far the best experience I have ever had. They shaped and coloured my eyebrows perfectly. I also was so relaxed after leaving, while waiting for the tint to develop I received a head massage and they finished of by covering my red waxed marks on my eyebrows with some makeup.
A+! I will never go anywhere else!

I have had several treatments at Urban Sanctuary and I have loved each and every one. Out of these, I have had two facial/massages and not only was i completely relaxed and impressed with the treatment, i also managed to leave with some fantastic advice on how to look after my skin. All of the women who have given me my treatments have been lovely,welcoming and entirely professional. Also, I am completely besotted with the decleor range that they have, so make sure to check those out.

Worst schedule planning ever. Booked my appointment one week ago. But Urban Sanctuary cancelled my appointment just one hour before the appointment. The reason was that my massage therapist had to juggle other therapist's clients so she chose to shift me. If I hadn't received the message left in my phone, I would have gone there but received no treatment. It's very bad schedule planning and not respectful of my time and schedule.
