Urban Care was the easiest to use! We have now used them multiple times and i cannot recommend enough. They are always so friendly and quick to respond, and really tailor the cleaning to what I want and need. On the day, the cleaners are polite and professional. They always do an AMAZING job!

Melody was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The end of tenancy cleaning service for a 3-bedroom home, 2 bathrooms & oven clean was immaculate and made our move very stress free. We will definitely use Urban Care again. Highly recommend to all! *****

Highly recommend the bond cleaning service. A team of two came to my house, worked all day till 7pm for 5 bed 5 bath, 2 sitting areas, laundry, patio, garage. They cleaned around fridge, washing machine, furniture, often have to move the objects to clean underneath and surroundings. This kind of cleaning we can not usually do as it is hard to move things around.
I am very satisfied with the service, would love to get them back on a regular basis.
The checklist system that Urban care uses is a good system where high standard of cleaning has been set and adhered to. Both client and cleaner are aware of the standards beforehand.response / report this review -

Shocking workmanship and customer service. Booked them for a 3brm 1 bathroom End Of Tenancy Clean. They only completed half the things on the checklist they provided at the time of booking. I also added a ceiling clean in 3 rooms via email after the initial booking that they forgot to add in.
I contacted them to arrange for someone to finish the job they started, and they emailed back and arranged for them to come back 2 days later at 3.30pm. I get a call at 12.30 on the day they were due to come and said they were at the door and where was I. I ring their head office, they said they thought I only lived around the corner and could I let them in.I now live 45mins away. So I get there and still they haven't booked the ceiling wipe, and again tried to leave without completing the checklist. They complained that it was an old house and it was a lot of work..I replied "well that's why I paid you $550 to do the job.
I'd advise never to use this company. Awful all round. Now I have to finish the job myself. Keep in mind, these photos were taken AFTER they'd cleaned it.

The fact that I have the emails stating the confirmation of the add on of the ceiling wipes makes your argument invalid, and just plain odd that the company is still playing dumb on this. Also to state that the cleaners were under equipped to do an END OF TENANCY clean is a joke. That should be the most thorough clean you provide, especially considering the cost. If I wanted an average job I would've been better hiring Mrs Doubtfireat least I would've had a laugh.response / report this review -

They charge a premium and provide really bad service. Hired them for end of tenancy cleaning of a small 2 bedroom one bathroom city apartment for a total of $572.77.
The cleaning was so bad that I had to request for a redo. Requested for a different cleaning crew as the first team was really bad. This request was denied. I asked for a refund which was denied. The same team came back and I had to to take the day off to supervise. My landlord had to take some time off of work to come and inspect. When she tried to point out areas that were missed, the cleaner had a meltdown shouted at us and stormed off.

In the end the landlord and myself had to roll our sleeves up and complete the job.
The customer support team was also useless as they couldn't offer anything other than a $35 discount after I agreed to hire their carpet cleaning service to fix the chemical stain that their cleaning crew made to begin with.
One of the worst experiences with a business ever.
Conclusion: Please don't hire them

What you said is not true. The cleaning team did come to 'rectify' the issues which meant we had to take the day off of work and the tenant had to delay their move in date. But despite this the missed areas were not cleaned properly. This is because the cleaning crew were very bad at their job to begin with which is why they had to return. So it does not matter how many times they redo - if it is not cleaned then what is the point?
And what do you mean the property required more that what we booked for? I had bought fridge, oven clean and carpet wash. Except for carpet wash which was done well but bought to clean up the mess made by your people, everything else had to be recleaned by myself and the landlord.
Your cleaning lady shouted at us and stormed off by around 3pm in the afternoon and I stayed back till about 10 om cleaning up what she did not.response / report this review
