  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wished I have read the reviews here and not the reviews on their website. We paid for Standard/General cleaning, for 4 bedrooms, living room, toilet & bathroom and paid extra to clean inside windows for the total of $437.49. The cleaner came in the morning and instead of knocking on the door she rang my husband and complaint that no one's at home. I was at home with my 3 daughters waiting for the cleaner before leaving the house. I let her in and showed her the house and she said she's not cleaning the bed and I showed her its on the list. While we were leaving the house she rang the company and complaint that she feels uncomfortable cleaning with people at home. I was angry because the cleaner doesn't communicate with me but complaining instead. I came home after 3 hours the house doesn't even look clean. She didn't even clean the stove as mentioned on the list of things to clean, the windows and bedroom is a shocker. The windows doesn't even look clean, the door handles doesn't look clean and outlets on the wall doesn't look like it's been clean. I am so disappointed with the results and it's not even worth the money we paid for. The Indian lady that came and clean she only came with a small vacuum and a small bag and when she talked to me, I felt that she was looking down on us. Premium clean really need to listen to the reviews and provide the service that people are paying. Not only the workers don't do a good job but this worker comes with an attitude.

  STAY AWAY. After organising a deep clean and carpet clean we have been severly let down. Their cleaner has let them down and done an awful job, but Premium Clean has then let themselves down by not refunding our money even though the images we sent through to them clearly shows they hadn't done the job they were hired to do. Images attached are just a snapshot of how they left the place after going back twice for a deep clean! Check out their Google Reviews - loads of 1* reviews (7 in the past 3 weeks). Their website is very misleading showing nearly 500 5* reviews. I'm sure they have some good cleaners on their books, but from the experience we had plus others (reading the reviews), they have plenty of poor cleaners as well. This almost feels like a scam and as a result we have lodged a case with the disputes tribunal to get our money back and to cover costs for people we had to get in after they left. STAY AWAY!! You have been warned.

  We paid$450, but service we got 3rd class. When I call them again and spoken to Staff name Princess she said we our staff come to clean house and they take 3 to 4 hours for cleaning. When I told her that today we got cleaning from your company and you sent some 2 contractors to do cleaning and they spent 1and half hour and didn't even done basic cleaning. Even those people don't know what deep cleaning included, than she said sorry we don't know anything you can email us your quarries as we and some one get back to you. It's been more than 1 month no reply, even I have sent photos but no reply. This people are bunch of cheaters. Never use them.

  Absolutely disappointed with this outrageous service. Somehow the cleaner managed to leave my house dirtier than it was.
  We took a while to schedule the service of this company since it´s so expensive, but we finally decided we needed help due to open homes we were about to have. We thought that because it was expensive it would be worth it. The initial idea was to have a first one off to trial the service, and then get the service done fortnightly.
  We cleaned the house prior, so the cleaners could focus on the details. When got home, the house was dirtier than before.
  Toilets were not cleaned, there was a white thick product (jiff maybe?) smudged everywhere giving a really dirty appearance, the state that the toilets and showers were left was just outrageous. The showers and toilets in fact didn´t even look like were cleaned at all! The jiff/dirt stain on the windows are so bad that you can see where the cleaner touched it and where they missed. On the day after we had an open home with the house like that.
  I messaged the company asking if that was their standard and they apologized and said they would send another cleaner for a redo. They scheduled one for last Saturday, and the cleaner didn´t show up. We had an open homes on the next day with the house still dirty. They then wanted to reschedule it again for today at 10am, but we had other appointments - they couldn´t do another time so we cancelled our appointments to be home for them - and at 9:40am they cancelled again!!!
  I was having another open home this afternoon but had to cancel because I´m too embarrassed of having people seeing the house at this state. Will clean the cleaner´s mess myself instead.
  This company has absolutely no responsibility for the service they offer and I will definitely not get it again or recommend to anyone!
  I paid to end up having a dirtier house and having to clean myself - and did not get any reimbursement. Do not recommend.

  We hired Premium Clean for out end of tenancy clean of our flat (5 bedroom, 2 storey) in Christchurch. Initially we got the standard clean and then added carpet, windows and oven later. They sent one person who was there for only a few hours. When we went to check how it looked when they were finished, we couldn't find evidence that they had cleaned anything at all and because of this, we lost a chunk of our bond for the landlord to hire another cleaner. When we asked for a refund of the standard cleaning cost (which was paid up front) they refused to offer more than $100, meaning we were paying over $350 for no cleaning whatsoever. They then sent us an invoice for the carpet, windows and oven cleaning later (another $450) which was clearly not done. If you are in Christchurch, DO NOT hire premium clean for your end of tenancy clean. Any guarantees they have on their website are a joke, and they will just cause you a tonne of stress.
