  This crowd are terrible with customers. I have phoned them 2 weeks ago asking for prices for a tyre, being told repeatedly that "we're too busy and short of staff" to get any prices on tyres today. I asked them to find out some prices when they get time, and call me back.
  A week went by with no answer, so I rang again.
  A staff member told me that the boss was dealing with my prices, and he was busy and would call me back within the hour. Didn't happen.
  Next week I call back, and this time I wait on the line for the boss.
  He clearly wasn't interested in taking a phone call, and after a bit of persuasion, he rang the supplier and found me a price. I asked why he didn't call me back, he said he never remembered and were too busy to make phone calls, and that we're "doing Saturdays work still" on Monday.
  If that's how the manager treats his customers, then he clearly doesn't need any extra business. Won't be buying any tyres here thanks.
  
  Update: Also, the same tyres quoted to me here can be found for $130 less at another shop in Blenheim, albeit with helpful friendly staff.

  I needed to change the rear tyres of my van and here I found the best deal. Reliable service, the staff was quick and professional.
