Lovely comfortable cosy accommodation. Would recommend highly.

The "continental" breakfast is:
- Ingredients abandoned in the room
- Tins of fruit
- Expired hot chocolate powder
- Tea, replete with family of ants
The hosts were cold and uninviting, asking for payment up front. The room clearly hasn't been upgraded since the 80s, and includes friendly carpet stains and windows that won't close. But don't worry about the mess, if you stay multiple nights your room will also remain a mess - the 'hosts' dont't change the garbage or make the beds, or resupply the 'continental' breakfast.response / report this review -

Nice and quiet, even though it's close to the main road we never heard any traffic at all. The main shops are a short stroll away. The room we stayed in was well fitted out and had everything you could possibly need, and the host is available to provide more should you need it.

Nice wee b&b a short walk from the beach and village. Great suite with our own lounge and kitchenette.

Great looking rooms, Very inviting and friendly Family/Owners. The photos do not do this place justice. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay again next time we're in the kapiti.
