It is so crowded and they come past with cleaning cart right next to tables, kills the appetite. And there is never anyone available to ask for anything. Non existent service.

Great spot to be a regular. Chose your favourite soup & spring rolls, a baguette, hot pot or refreshing Vietnamese salad. The bread is amazing & always sells out by afternoon. Big menu, fast friendly service, easy parking.

Omg the parking just right outside is such a plus! We drove from west Auckland just to check out this place. My partner and I are a little Vietnamese food obsessed. I enjoyed my pho. Place isn't fancy but it's clean. Great place for a quick bite, if you're a fancy pants and you like being seen in trendy places then this place isn't for you But if you're a foodie and love a bit of Vietnamese then hell to the yeah, you come here!

Amazing Vietnamese food. Love getting the spring and summer rolls, big bowl of Pho or rice noodles with lemongrass chicken and of course a fresh lime drink! Quick food. Decor is not appealing, but you're not there for that! They can do takeaway too and wrap everything up seperate, so amazing!

A utilitarian place that serves relatively authentic food.

You will not be wowed by the service, atmosphere, or decor. But you will get some pho that tastes like something you would actually find in Vietnam.

The old male manager with an angry face having a lot of attitude issues. Strongly suggest him to attend some sorts of hospitality/anger management courses to learn how to better serve customers properly and courteously. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, PERIOD. The front entrance is not wheelchair accessible (No ramp) and there is no mobility parking provided, either. I am not sure if this is actually ALLOWED OR NOT by Auckland City Council bylaws. Someone please check with the Council & urge the restaurant owner to promptly make the necessary layout changes. PLEASE DO NOT FOCUS ON MAKING MONEY ONLY, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS THINK ABOUT HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE STANDARDS. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AT ALL DUE TO THE CLEAR LACK OF CONSIDERATION/EMPATHY OF THE RESTAURANT OWNER SHOWN FROM PROVIDING INADEQUATE ACCESSIBILITY FACILITIES.
