  Jordan and his team were great with their communication and very responsive. They were always straight to the point, preempted any conversations/questions that we had. We really appreciated that. They also ensured that we had access to information when required e.g., what was our budget for the house. Highly recommend Jordan at Total Mortgages as it was a great experience in comparison to the previous people we went with.

  Dealing with the team at Total Mortgages was such a great experience. Jordan is straight up and lets you know what you need to do in order to take a good deal to the bank. Lynette also was fantastic, answered all our questions and picked up every phone call. Look forward to working with you in the future

  A well deserved 5 star rating! My partner and I are very happy with the service they've provided. Jordan and the team have been extremely helpful throughout the application process and made purchasing our very first home hassle-free and stress-free.
  Also, they were very quick to respond to any queries that we had which was great as well.

  Jordan and his team have been excellent at guiding us through purchasing our new home. We purchased our first home with their help in 2018 and found the experience to be much more simple than expected that we have approached them again to help us buy our next home. They are great at communicating and ensuring we had the best deals available. They are open to all questions and put our minds at ease with each part of the journey from start to end.

  Jordan gave myself and my husband some really beneficial, financial advice along the way and we felt fully informed and confident during the process of purchasing our very first home.
