  this is a lovely spot but if you have the time, take the Nature Walk from Cascade Creek Carpark to the Beach at Lake Gunn and walk Northward for the best Photograph of Tolkien's Mountain you can Google it for the Story :)

  Across Lake Gunn are the Earl Mountains with a JRR Tolkien Story from the Year of his Death in 1973. The Mountain to the North West Shore appears in the opening of the Fellowship of the Rings Film
