  The welcoming was great, the service room was nice and smiley. The breakfast was tasty. We had a big room (clean and quiet) with a lot of space but for me, as architect, the functionality of the space is 3,7/5. (possibility to range your cloth is minimal) Yes, there is the possibility to change this with some extra investment in a low storage furniture with drawers :)

  Waterfront room was a little noisy from restaurant air conditioning unit close by. Someone walked into my room when I was in it - a bit of a worry. But good location and nice rooms.

  The perfect location in NP - right at the waterfront & downtown just around the corner. Spacious, clean comfortable rooms, big beds, good lounge chairs, TV, minibar, tea & coffee. Great restaurant on-site. Large bathrooms.

  Penthouse suite is fantastic. Friendly staff and magnificent location with low noise levels.
  Bathroom could do with an update and a TV with a working remote in the lounge would have been nice, but they still deserve a 5 star rating!
