Brought in a Subaru (so, not European). Great communication and outstanding service. Fair and honest billing. Checked before doing additional work outside initial quote. Car ready on time. I'll definitely be back.

Wellington European were extremely professional in handling a complex and finicky sensor light warning issue. I found them to be marvelous and accommodating. And surprisingly inexpensive given what had to be done. Hats-off to you guys!

Took in my golf for a check of the front suspension as it had a weird noise going. Tony and the team worked on it for a few hours and found that the car was all good. Price for the service was one of the best ones I have found in Wellington and my car is running much better than before. Will definitely be my go to shop for my car from now on. Recommend to anyone who owns an euro and wants professional service/repairs to their car.

The Team took good care of my Range Rover. I was referred to them by another garage which shows what type of reputation they have. They were able to diagnose the fault and repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking servicing of European vehicles. Gav

John and Perry at the Wellington Toy Shop have looked after my Mustang since I imported it 4 years ago. On day 1 at no charge John assisted me with some import hassles and then they have gone beyond the call of duty ever since looking after my car. If all humankind treated one another with the love and respect that these guys show to my car the world would be a wonderful place.

Excellent service with a honest independent perspective. Have been using the Toy Shop Wellington for all of our cars, for over 4 plus years, from wofs/services to mechanical repairs. Always happy with the efficient, professional service, and independent advice. Never had any bad experience with this business or service.

It can be tricky getting a car serviced or repaired when you don't fully understand what could be wrong with it. Over the years I went from service place to service place and felt lost as I did not know if I was being overcharged for work done.
Then, I moved to Wellington and a friend recommended the Toyshop to me when I needed my Range Rover serviced, and prepped for a long trip. The Toyshop now has a loyal customer. I'll never leave them. I completely trust John and his team. Its been a revelation to me. They actually show me what they did and what was wrong. I cannot even begin to tell you how much of a relief it has been to know that my car will be cared for and that it is safe on the road. Now, I recommend all my friends go there too. Why wouldn't I? The service is outstanding and my mechanical knowledge is growing with every visit!response / report this review -

John and his team are fantastic. The care and attention that they show to both myself and my wife, and our cars is second to none. I have recommended friends to use the Toyshop and I am delighted that they have experienced the same high level of service. I have total confidence in John and his team as they always do their very best for us. What more could you ask for!

Whole experience was bad, staff were rude and condescending. Final bill has costs I wasn't informed about and ended up having to have repairs done again by another mechanic who informed me of the shoddy job which was completed before. Wouldn't recommend or ever have them near my car again.
