I had two cars that required removal, Kiwi Car Removals were quick to respond, offered a fair price and were happy to collect both cars from their differing locations with no hassle. Payment was also prompt.

If I could give the negative stars, I would happily do so as this company was the worst company I've ever had to deal with. When I called, the man on the phone couldn't get me off quick enough. He asked no questions after he heard me ask if he could tow my car and just said to email him the details and that I would allow them to tow. I sent the email and there was no follow up to confirm they had even received the message. I got worried that my car would be towed by the council so I called another company to tow my car only to find my car was no longer there. It wasn't until I had to call Kiwi Car Rentals to ask if they had picked up the car. They had. They sent me no invoice, no confirmation, nothing. They didn't even take the plates off or deregister the car as I found that during the lockdown I owe registration fees to this car that was towed months previously? I am disgusted by their lack of service, so much so that this is unfortunately the first review I've posted on goggle reviews.

These guys are rubbish!! I arranged 2 times to pick up the car and they did not turn up on time. They quoted a price in an email and then tried to renegotiate when they finally turned up to get the car. Sam blamed his brother Alex for over pricing the quote. Avoid these guys!!!
