We attended a large family gathering on Saturday (lunch time). The food was good value. The fish was freshly cooked and not pre frozen - Great going guys. The place was clean and the menu gave a lot of options. I would suggest that another waitress be employed with a large booking. The other people in our party got cold food.

You can always get a great meal from here and the staff are friendly and always happy to see you coming through the door. Really do recommend this place for lunch or dinner

Good food at reasonable price. Nice atmosphere. Amazing private courtyard great for the summer time. However reason why low rating is because there is no activities for the children, making it not family friendly.

Beef Schnitzel is sound. Good Guinness. Place has a bit more soul than the other sit-down Kiwi fare down the road. Pizza specials Sunday and Monday, Steak night on Wednesday.

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. The selection of beer was not great; a range you would expect pre-craft beer explosion in New Zealand. That said, I was happy enough paying $7 for a handle of Speights Old Dark. Food looked good so will have to try it on my next visit.
