This place is the most coast Ocean pub with equally impressive staff and as far as pub food goes, bang on! Oh, forgot to mention setting. Ocean and mountains. Stunning!

Had lunch with my family there. Service was good though the restaurant only had one staff serving a stream of customers. Ordered the catch of the day, which was quite good.

C'était OK. Très charmante comme établissement, avec une vue incomparablement magnifique, mais un peu cher. Les rideaux laissent passé trop de lumière. Le petit déjeuner est inclus mais d'un jour à l'autre, la nourriture n'a pas été remplacé et la pièce commune, n'était pas la plus propre. Il-y-a un bar sous les chambre et c'était un peu bruyant.

Great night. A friendly and lively place. Lovely meal and wine and watched the Bledisloe Cup. An exciting match to boot.

Average pub fare. Crayfish not fresh as states on board out front. Asked waiter and said they were snap frozen - it is a high price to pay $90 for something that was tough and not fresh. Pavlova was more of a meringue as it was really hard to break through. Squid was good but slightly overcooked..
