Great place. Very very clean. I've backpacked around Australia and absolutely none of them come close to the standards of cleanliness here. Nice big well equipped kitchen and a hot tub outside. Showers have good pressure too. Well worth it.

Different from the other hostels I have stayed in. The vibe feels as if you are with friends and family. All the facilities are super clean and always work. Loved it here!

Felt very at home during my stay here, and the hosts were really friendly and helpful with planning your day or just have a friendly chat. Great facilities. Very spacious and well looked after. A positive surprise were the secure lockers to keep valuables in. Now, I never used these because I didn't feel the need for it since the premises were only acessable to guests. But it was a very nice feature to provide this for guests to feel ever more secure. If I have to say ANY negative thing about this place it would be that the matresses weren't the most comfortable, but that's about it. Highly recommended

The double rooms are a huge scam. With wooden walls there is no noise insulation. The towels smell like a locker room, the room is full of humidity. They debited my credit card twice. The reception is never open. Avoid.

I didn't actually get to stay here, so I can't comment on the actual facilities. I booked a room here in winter last year, and I was arriving late. Staff on the phone said they'd email me instructions to get in but I never received them. While it was a pretty big hassle trying to find somewhere to stay at 11pm, I'm not overly concerned about that, stuff like that happens in hospitality and could have been my fault or theirs. However, staff were rude and unhelpful when I requested a refund, eventually becoming condescending and trying to belittle me. Also asked me utterly obscure details to confirm I was there such as what vehicles were parked in a nearby street, when they had stated in a previous email to have received my voicemail and seen me on the CCTV. Ended up not bothering to respond back because of the hassle and clear attempts to just frustrate me so they could keep the money. Would've been happy just to get a half refund for the trouble and because I didn't actually use any of the facilities/stay there.

Nice and clean hostel with some very friendly staff. We spent Christmas here and they invited us to a (free) BBQ, so we all could experience a kiwi style christmas.

Awesome place for a recharge. Super adorable and homy vibes with the garden and old houses. The magnetic keys for entry were convenient. Personal lights and outlets for every bed. Staff super nice. Highly recommend.
