Good food at a very fair price, but the Long Bar is struggling under the crowd pressure.
Very noisy and a 10-15 minute wait at the cashier to pay during the busy lunch rush.response / report this review -

Good location and easily approachable from Lambton Quay as well as The Terrace.
Delicious food, huge quantity and good value.
Amicable staff.
Fast and friendly service.

Worst service I've had in a long time. Went for lunch, my food was placed in front of me before being taken away and given to someone who arrived after my group.
My companions then got their food while I waited another 20 minutes. My food arrived just as everyone was getting up to leave.
Multiple people who arrived after us received food before me and no apology or anything was given.response / report this review -

My partner and I ordered one mie goreng and one char keow teow. The noodles of the char keow teow were soggy, so soggy and over cooked that it felt that I was eating and swollowing phlegm. For the mie goreng, all that could be tasted was curry powder, the noodles over cooked and no meat. It therefore was just a pile of over cooked noodles covered in curry paste. Not acceptable. Quite amazingly over priced. Do not make the same mistake as us.

The food is not consistent., I had Chicken Nasi lemak taste not too bad but very limited chicken randang which is already mixed with peanut sauce while serving ..Horrible service

A great place to go as a group. Food is tasty and great value. Can be very busy so if you have a big group for lunch it pays to book.
