The landing had great food and fantastic value by offering two courses for $35. I ordered a starter and main and my friend a main an dessert and we shared the starter and dessert, this worked for our whole table of 10. The service was not great, ordering beer and wine at the same time the wine arrived within minutes while we were still waiting for the beers 45min later, when I questioned the beers I received a fairly rude response, but they did then arrive. I think our server may have been new so it was not necessarily a reflection of their overall staff. The waitress had to refer all of our questions about local wine to the manager, but the manager was very helpful. I will be back and will keep my fingers crossed for better service.

If you're a foodie, you're going to love this place. The flavors were delicious and unique, the food was cooked perfectly, and service was fantastic! Our waiter, Clement, had the best recommendations from starters to mains to dessert and even the wine. I'm not a huge dessert fan but that hazelnut nougat with caramel popcorn was one simply amazing. So light and flavorful. The owner, Kamel, certainly knows what she is doing. Thank you for our best dining experience in NZ.

Great food, especially superb desserts, and mercifully doesn't attract the backpackers who overrun some of the eateries in town. Staff and views to match the food.
