  My family have always struggled to find a nice place for lunch when passing through Oamaru. Instead of just looking from the Main Street Trip Adviser suggested this cafe. It is PERFECT! Caters for kids as well as adults for both food and fun. Lovely setting too - couldn't fault it. Well done management!

  Food was generous especially the fish. However they were very busy and the service was quite poor. We had chips with three of our meals and found them all slightly under done. Asked for some extra ketchup but it never arrived.

  The blue cod was delicious and good value for money. I wasn't enchanted with cucumber in the salad though.

  We went for lunch yesterday and I had the sole fish and chips and I was extremely satisfied as we're the rest of us. The service was excellent.

  A good cafe with a very tasteful espresso. Also you can eat a very good burger over here. And look around, it gives you the feeling that you are eating in a museum, very nice.
