Had some misinformation about a GHD straightener and the staff were outright refusing to give me a refund there was very limited health products I could use due to a scalp condition so was not able to get an exchange for some other product else.Got misdirected told to go to the manufacturer unnecessarily and then had to wait for 2hrs to see from the "owner" who never showed.It was such a small issue but got blown way out of proportion very poor customer service hope that they will do better in the future to be more considerate of certain conditions people may have to face and not look at it as a mere buisness but actually think about people.

My new favourite beauty supplier. Amazing customer service! I spoke with Liv who was lovely. She went above and beyond to assist me and answer all my questions to ensure that I could get the products I was looking for. I highly recommend The Beauty Store for all your favourite beauty brands!
