Terrible conditions, smelt like a walrus had died in the walls. Walls needed new paint. Small and ugly. Wasn't cleaned well if at all. Worst motel ever!

The worst motel I have ever stayed at. They charge you in advance and if you need to get out early and get the balance you will be in trouble, it is going to be a hell of a lot of efforts to get your money back. The room and bathroom are so disgusting, smelly, dirty that you will wonder if these owners are maintaining NZ motel standards at all. Bathroom sink still got two separate taps for cold and hot water. when you want to mix water you don't know what to do and the sink is the smallest I have ever seen. I wonder if they ever change bed linen. Towels are so smelly I had to run to the shop and buy a towel. By the way, do not ever open the drawers you will get sick instantly with the blow of the dust (I only stayed 2 days, got sick and it took one week for me to recover after I got home). from outside it looks pretty but you must stay 2 days and see how you go. Rooms are full of bacteria and germs so think and think again if you want to stay there. They say they have kitchen facilities, first go and have a look at the facility they are talking about. However, the lady who is in charge will know how to convince you so use your brain.

The bathroom does not have a light, but a broken dangling fixture. The room smells like asparagus farts. Nothing was ready when they said it would be ready. I wish we could get a refund and leave this hellhole. I just caught them putting the same dirty blankets on the bed from the previous guest. The advert said it was "tidy" but apparently you have to request fresh linens. Lets hope they get all of the pubic hair out of the shower that was in there.
