  I dealt with this company through the website and had some problems putting the order through (my fault) I emailed them with the problem and it was sorted no problems at all. Will be dealing with this shop again. Top service!

  An Aladdin's cave of treasure with fantastic customer service - the best selection of stock I have ever seen in one bead shop. It's great to have these treasures on line. The online service is so professional - amazing website, swift processing of orders and it makes it so easy if you don't live near the shop or don't have time to go shopping! Sad to see the physical shop closing but good to know we have this great shop on line with someone we can trust and know our orders will continue to be processed so quickly and efficiently.

  What a trove of beads! Everytime I visit I find new beads and the staff are always on hand to help you with your projects.
  Just had a great online experience. Quick clicks to choose my beads and my beads arrived super fast and I even had a question that I have emailed through prior to making my order and the response was very helpful - great technical know how and advice!
  Their monthly newsletter is also a good read.

  My sister tried to order some products online from this company and was getting nasty error messages from the website - insinuating she was trying to hack the system and that she would be blocked. All she was doing was surfing the website using Firefox and adding stuff to a shopping cart. She asked me to investigate the problem (Internet systems is my area of professional expertise) she experienced on the website and I diagnosed the cause of the issue and called up this company to alert them to it. The lady who answered the phone refused to provide the company owner's contact information and seemed disinterested. She then hung on me. After this poor experience I will use this company's website as a case example of what not to do in ecommerce and my sister wants to take her business elsewhere.
