expensive but a must when in queenstown

It was 1st October 2016, The ride was very thrilling and enjoyable experience but the lady at the booking counter was very rude.
When I asked if there are any discounts that are on offer, she said she gets annoyed if anybody asks for a discount.
I was dumbfounded, I said that this is your job, people may ask for discount, there is nothing wrong in it and she said she is doing diploma in tourism and knows how it works.
I told her she should change her field, she can't work on the counter facing tourist if you have an attitude.
The company who has employed her should look into this and employ people who are fit for that job.response / report this review -
