Awesome place to stay. Our family of five have had a brilliant time at Asure Fountain Resort. Walking distance to all the fun activities at Tahunanui beach and brilliant bars and restaurants all within walking distance . Friendly; helpful and very relaxing we will be back for sure. Love love love

Not only was the pool still filled with debris from a storm a couple of days prior and therefore utterly useless, but when I went to bed you'll never beleive what I found in my pillow!!!
My husband were on our first night on honeymoon and we were watching a movie in bed when I noticed something crawling on my pillow out of the corner of my eye. I jumped up from the bed only to notice at least 30 tick-like bugs crawling out of my pillow all over the bed.
We stripped the pillow case and drowned it in hot water in the bathroom sink and took some of the dead bugs down to the office where they tried to tell us they were fruit seeds. It was only when we insisted they come see the live ones on the bed that they came down to the room.
To resolve this they put us in a spare room where we both promptly took showers then headed to bed, not before checking our pillow cases thoroughly this time. Breakfast was on the house, but a full refund would have been more appropriate considering how grossly unhygienic the situation was.
Definitely never staying here again.response / report this review
