Absolutely lovely. .food beautifully presented. .tasted delicious. .and a fabulous variety. .were there for my grandaughters 4th birthday. .charlottes choices were presented on a separate serving to ours and the staff only too willing to make her a hot chocolate. .she was offered a colouring paper and pencils as well. .altogether a pleasurable experience. .well worth the experience. .

Really lovely menu with delicious food. Conservatory dining area a bit noisey and echoes. Nice venue.

We went for hight tea and was disappointed, we sat at our table for 20minutes before being served. To have latte or cappuccino it was going to be extra. My 97 year old mother in law enjoyed. Compared to othe high teas we have had, value for money was not good and service was very average.

Came here for my birthday. Easy to communicate with and always got back to me asap. Food was great good quality food and dessert. Lovely atmosphere - great for a girls date
