  Used to be the only towing company I use but can’t say I’ll be calling them anytime soon. Have been trying to get my car towed for days and keep getting told they’ll send someone out and after calling yesterday I was told they “can’t do it” and to “find someone else”. I paid twice for them to keep trying. So now my car is stuck, flat, and in the city gathering tickets. Even after offering my help to get it towed because of the spot it’s in.

  Called saying it was an emergency and we needed ASAP help because people had places to be and they just made up excuses to do nothing. We fixed the issue ourselves for free. Nice going geniuses 👏

  Alternator issues after attending a funeral meant I needed to be towed last Friday afternoon/evening this is a busy company - don't forget there are others in need on the road out there and you're not the only one! When these things happen it can indeed take time, but always remember the busy companies are usually busy for a reason - because they know what they are doing and are good at their jobs!
  These guys were great on what would have been a busy Friday - they kept me updated on anticipated tow truck time and the driver that attended was AWESOME!
  Thanks Pabio your truck was clean and tidy, you kept me informed on what was being done and why, your company shared from Glenfield to Albany was a joy! what an absolute asset you are to this company and indeed to the reputation of tow truck drivers everywhere all drivers should aspire to give the service you gave!
  You ended what had been a very sad and frustrating day for me - with a smile and I Thank You and your company for doing so.
  Clients are too quick to complain and seem to forget to give Thanks when it is deserved so I am making sure you get that thanks this time. Keep up the great service Supercity Towing!

  Avoid using them if you can. They towed my car 5 days after they were meant to and didn't notify myself or the roadside rescue team who arranged the towing. They sent text message updates saying they were on their way to tow the car and that they had completed the towing service on two different occasions - when they hadn't done it at all. When I called to query, I was told there were no notes left on file so no one could tell me what went wrong and why. Absolute nightmare to deal with. After sharing my experience with a colleague, they also told me they had a similar experience with these guys. Don't waste your time here, these guys are useless :)

  This company has had me and my 5yr old waiting for over 3-4hours, they told us 90 minutes was the wait time at 5.30pm & it is 9.13pm and they still have not come. The company didn’t even call us back to update us like they said they would so I had to call them back & find out he’s now doing another job. I understand it is busy. But please don’t lie and say he’s on the way 90 minutes ago to me and then he’s doing jobs somewhere else. Specially when you say we will be put as urgent. It’s cold and dark now my child is hungry and tired. Very poor service
