I would recommend Sam Burling to contact if you looking for a rental. She is amazing . I am very glad that she was my property manager. I hope she is a great value to Summit property management .

We rented with Summit and Sam Burling, the property manager, was always responsive to our needs.
The rental home came to us immaculate. Really appreciated that after coming from the Auckland housing market. If you ever can work with Sam (as someone who wants to rent their home or is renting) I highly recommend her!response / report this review -

I would happily recommend Summit Property Management especially the ever professional Lydia McKenzie. We found Lydia to be at all times responsive to our needs and very knowledgeable. Lydia managed our property as if it were her own - if she made a recommendation she would provide us with information and alternatives. We were particularly impressed with her attention to detail. And on top of all that, a genuinely lovely person
