Went with my son, lured in by coupons for free burgers. Overall: Location 5 stars, Service 5 stars, Menu 5 stars, Food presentation 5 stars, Ingredients freshness 5 stars But food preparation 2, maybe 3 stars. :-( I have eaten all kinds of burgers, all over USA and other places in the world and I have NEVER seen a burger patty that was so brutally overcooked or that looked so bizarre (very dark brown throughout, as if it were made out of something other than beef I have no clue how you can achieve that!) My son's brisket sandwich was actually pretty good, and his apple milk shake fenomenal. But, if these folks can't cook a burger patty, then I expect they will be doomed as a burgers place. Stick to the pizza?

Love the pizzas and burgers, great casual dining. You have to get the mudcake!

Pub food, decent enough. Not fine dining, good enough for everyday though. Love the pizzas

Been here a few times before the earthquake and the food was excellent, Dining was private and service was warm and welcoming. Went back there in the weekend and a complete 180 turn around. Waitresses looked exhausted (possible hung over) and non responsive. We were new to the new "steer and beer" and was just asked to pick a seat, look at the menu then order at the bar. I had my two children with me aged 9 and 7 so was expecting a little bit more then finger pointing, including where to get my own jug of water and glasses. Food came quick which was great. We ordered the small bbq ribs. My children seemed to have enjoyed it, however from an adults taste buds, the ribs had been boiled for several hours, could still taste the fat, too watery and it literally looked like they took a sauce from a bottle, heated it up and poured it over the ribs. If you're going to call them "BBQ RIBS" then BBQ the RIBS!! after we asked for a takeaway containers the waitress was rude when she saw the left over amount of food (which we happily gave to other people) and pretty much just threw the containers onto our table. I don't think it was a wise business decision to only serve pizza and burgers. If i had known that before choosing to dine with you i would have happily gone somewhere else. Maybe changing your name to Finger foods and bar, because you're certainly not grilling your foods, more frying. Won't be returning anytime soon!

Good location if you are going to a movie at Reading Cinema. The food is good pub grub with large servings, but not really worth the prices they charge. They do good specials on Mon-Thurs nights, which makes it better value.

Wednesday night all-you-can-eat ribs here are definitely worth it.
