Returned faulty Apple ear pods with receipt to Hastings shop, told sorry ring customer service as online Purchase, contacted customer service and they refused the refund saying it has to be done in shop. So back I go again today, you guys need to get your customer service straight and stop mucking customers around!

There's no overstating the benefit of being able to test a powered-on fully functional display item before you buy. Staff are super friendly and helpful. This is the ONLY place in town I'd get a cellphone.

Staff are amazing and wonderful accept for the manager pam she is awful to deal with hense the 1 star i was misled in my sale with them and when i go to rectify the issue the store manager is abusive and nasty blames the customer and calls them liars raises her voice and then hangs up on you when your in the middle of talking absolutely disgusted in this behavior for a manager i would never treat my customers like this. So thumbs up for the sales stuff thumbs down to the awful bad mannered and unprofessional hastings store manager.
