Michael from Bedpost Napier has outstanding product knowledge and incredible customer service.
He is extremely easy to deal with and I feel so grateful that he put my 'dream mattress' within my reach - so much so that I was even able to upgrade from a queen to a king in the range I wanted most.

When staying for a few days in Napier, we wandered into Bedpost and emerged having bought a new bed. We'd been thinking on and off about it but when Michael really listened to what we needed, had us trying out different types of bed and explained fully what was good or not so good for us in particular about each one, we felt confident in his recommendations. Very happy with our purchase which is on it's way - had a good few laughs, but felt extremely well looked after. Thanks so much Michael.

Great customer service, the gentleman that works in their is always very lovely and helpful! definitely recommend coming here when looking for a new bed.
