  There service is hopeless the lid off the bin went in the rubbish truck and I asked them to replace said bin yes you can have a bin but you must pick up a new bin and drop your old bin off at one of our depots think I will be looking for a better service.

  How many times does one have to call the Kopu office re bin being picked up. We used this company for years in rural Paeroa but, since moving into Paeroa town, we get missed on a regular basis. Our pickup day is Thursday and we always put our bin out on Wednesday night. We also pay in advance. Seriously getting pissed off !!!!!!

  What an absolute joke of a company. Takes multiple phone calls between Smart Environmental and EnviroWaste to get a simple answer. Turns out Smart Environmental don't bother to follow up on their contractors requests. This is the exact reason why we moved our rubbish services away from Smart Environmental to start with. Absolutely jokers and would advise against doing business with them.

  We have been using Smart Environmental bins for a while now. We have the 1100lt bin which is a good size & costs us around $30 a month which we feel is good value. It only takes a phone call and it is usually emptied within a couple of days.
