  I have been going to simply beauty for years and have always been more than satisfied. I was however disheartened with the treatment of the owner to a training beautician as she snatched the phone away from her and flicked her hand away from the eftpost machine as she struggled to understand the instructions she was receiving. I will be questioning my return to simply beauty. The services provided by the beautician however is outstanding

  Hayley at the Palms is amazing. If you are looking for A+ experience that's the place to go. Hayley Will put you at ease right away with her positive friendly attitude whilst maintaining a professional air.

  I see Hayley at the palms branch and have to say she is the most welcoming beautician I have ever had she not only makes me feel 120% comfortable she goes beyond and above to give me the best she can I reccomend her to all my friends and clients (as I'm a hairdresser) I will continue to keep seeing you and follow you ever where if you move! Thank you lots !
