  Fast and friendly. The view of the surroundings is quite beautiful.
  
  Car price plus driver was $20. Each additional passenger 5 or older was $2. Maybe not bad but I wish it were just per vehicle.

  So easy to catch the ferry to Kohukohu. The ferry's are every hour - just drive up, wait for the next ferry, drive on and pay on board. Easy as.
