I ordered and paid for a rather expensive piece of jewellery, they weren't in stock, so they ordered it in. Said it would take a week. Thats fine, two weeks later(never heard of a courier only delivering on a Thursday and Saturday like she said) it arrived and asked what box I could pick for it to come in, oh no they don't come in a box, you have to pay for that. Spending over $200 on something from a jewellery shop, you would expect a box! Instead you get a little red bag. Not very nice when you're giving as a gift!
