I snapped the lock on my Anklet and Shuzi happily replaced my Anklet with a NEW one (under warranty). The communication & transaction by courier from Hamilton to Tauranga (vice-versa) was top notch. The Shuzi works a treat and helps immensely - HIGHLY Recommend 👍
