Had a super experience here. The helpfulness of pharmacist was top drawer. Though its not very big the personalised service sets it apart from it's big box competitors.

I never write negative reviews. But today possibly the owner of this pharmacy (he had his hair in a pony tail) was so rude to his colleague and treated me (a customer) horribly. He shouldn't be in a customer service role at all. I will never go back there.

Do not use this post office or this pharmacy if you can avoid it: Sent 3 times letters and each time there was an issue. First time, it took many weeks for a simple letter to arrive. Next time, they sold the wrong tracking code to us, which meant we lost the package. The fourth time, they also created issues with a simple letter I wanted to post. The shop assistant rolled her eyes at me and the manager refused to help. Incompetent, rude and not customer focused.
