Had Butter Chicken with Rice. I tried a lot of Indian food in New Zealand and this was among the worst. With 17$ it was very expensive compared to other Indian restaurants in New Zealand, but you won't really find cheap eats in Wanaka. On the bright side it only took 2 minutes till I had my food.

We used to call this place CURRY IN A HURRY! I came back after not being here for a few years and prayed that it was still around. I called for takeout at like 9:53 and asked if I could still get takeout since they closed at 10. The dude said, "If you get here in 7 minutes." GOT IT! Cool guys. Tasty foodeven after all these yearsand even at the end of the evening.

Nice cosy & warm restaurant with friendly staff. Food is good enough, but a bit sweet for my tastes.
Obtaining a liquor licence would improve the restaurant.

Menu board with DIY price updates looks very tacky

Very good and accommodating to our large group of 7. Food was amazing with a great price. The music was the climax of our experience with great club beats.

The best word is the best & most suitable for this place. The best customer service, the best value for money. Overall above & beyond expectations & really impressed with food, service & value for money.

Lucky to visit this place on our trip to Wanaka & will visit again on our next trip for sure as its on our to do things in our next Wanaka trip.

Highly & honestly recommend this place for all or at least try once. hopefully can't prove me wrong..

Ate butter chicken here one night. Next morning I woke up with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Got tested and it showed salmonella. Not really surprised as I thought the curry looked a little dodgy.

Firstly the rice is weird, the naan is way to big and not enough garlic. The curry was prob worse than a supermarket jar. Go to Spice Room and if they are too busy go to Bombay for full flavour Indian, nice service though.

I would definitely recommend not to go there. Daal was not fresh and with lack of flavors. Rice were like cooked two days ago. Prices were high and amount was insufficient. Really poor place to go for Indian meal.
