Massive range and excellent service at the Newmarket store - I was particularly impressed by Dylan who helped me find the perfect rug, after searching for a few months across a wide range of Auckland suppliers. The website is extensive but seeing the rugs is the best way to narrow down the options, and then taking a few home on appro assists in final selection. Thanks also to Gaurav and Prajna. I ll definitely return when I need another rug.

The guys at rugs direct were friendly, patient and very helpful. The rug we picked feels like it is great quality and certainly value for money and even nicer in reality. It came with a non folding backing as well which means no extra cost. Can't wait to show it off in our home. we looked for a while for the rug we chose and so happy we found it at Rugs Direct for a great price. Thanks guys.

Extremely happy with my rug and my runner. I had bought a rug there a few years ago and just bought another one and a runner as well. I highly recommend Rugs Direct in Newmarket to anyone looking for quality, fair prices and excellent customer service!
